Help me!

urgent help!

I am new to this, when i wanted to import a face and did so, when i played fifa 13, the hair was all short/shaven and when i tried to zoom into the face it disappeared.. Can anyone help me recover the default ea player face, i don't want to use these faces anymore lol!
