why dont you take the time to read the file called "read me" in the downloads.
you need to stop getting who doesnt do what twisted.

explanations are in the file called "read me", or is that the only english you dont understand.
we tell you how to use the file, we aint telling you how to make it, put in your own effort, stop trying
to get others to do it for you.

do the hard part for once.

& another question for you ultra, why are you asking what a db mod does, yet you have released a db file.

I do find your posts realy agressive, and your spams anoying on many topics. Modders dont need to expline their work, they do only if they want to. When i saw your topic even with your spaming around i find it ok and chance to be positive. and would have been if you didnt show your bad side with responding like that on regularcat. Even if he started to hars and offensive but he was just responding to your spaming around forum and he made valid request to you, remove the post, Other people topics arent for advertising yours. There is proper way for everything, you should step back little, clear the spam and start all over again with bit more respect. I'm positive on your good intentions but your way geting the info is awful, hope you see the bad side of it.

Let me clarify your questions.

1. Enhance the gameplay, simple. It is written in either first post of respective topics or readmes.

2. That is up to you which one will you use. Personal choice. Try all, and select that suits you. No spoon-feeding in this aspect too.

3. Answered in respective topics or readmes.

4. Answered in respective topics or readmes.

5. FPS is governed by your PC config and settings.lua. Search for such topics, or backup your settings.lua. Written in the topics.

6. If you dont care to read the topics or readmes, whats the point in asking the files that has been edited for gameplay? First fix the basic thing - your settings.lua - then you can think about db files. You know where the db files are? I am sure you dont, coz you didnt read a single readme.

7. Those tools are also available in this forum. Use search. Almost all know that (and none asked for such tool, they just know coz they follow the topics).

GKREFLEXES = ALL 99s interesting idea

17 Players OVR > 90

Reactions = ALL 99s

tactical AWRness = ALL 99s

Vision = ALL 99s

Potential = All 99s

Positioning = All 99s

(It's like when I put DUNK=ALL 99s DUNK%=99s in NBA2k11 very similar)

Also alot of ratings on a -1 shift down in other words going
