Another LF for us, the Christmas is coming and the newspapers go crazy let us wait and see how many players will they name on this silly season, and i bet Benfica will win!
This time is the brazilian Michel Bastos, playing in Figueirense, 22 years old, 1,79 m and 71 kg. And guess what,
he is a very offensive player, one of this year Brazileirão revelations with 10 goals, and the top cherry... already played in Holland and Co knows him VERY WELL (like Sonkaya)... :boohoo:
Feyenoord in 2002, loaned to Excelsior returned to (2003/04) Brasil for Atlético Paranaense, that bough 50 % (other half still owned by Feyenoord). Then played for Grémio (2004/05) and this season for Figueirense, where was named "craque" by supporters!

Brilliant second half from us, we could have even scored more goals.
Seems like being a goal down woke us the f'ck up, and our players presented us with a massive display.

Diego was fabulous too, with Quaresma and Pepe also having a great match.
Hope we keep this form up, I love the way our team plays when our players are inspired

Was not too happy with Cigano and our first half... Second half was an awsome display.
btw I'm going to take back everything I ever said about Pepe if he can make me tremble of joy again like he did yesterday.

Paulo Assuncao has been great every game...didn't expect this from him
Man our second half of yesterday's game was amazing, what a great performance by our players! Diego was brilliant, Quaresma was great too, Pepe was solid like a rock(didn't expect he could play at this level...) and Paulo Assunção is probably the surprise of this season, does anyone knows how much balls he recovers in every game? 
Still we have some players that are clearly far away from his best form, specially Benni(his confidence is so low...) and Lucho(he is very tired, he definitely needs some rest...). Apart from that we did a good exhibition overall and it was very important this win since Sporting lost and Nacional won again, hope we can keep the 1st place until the end of the year and if we can increase the gap to our main opponents that will be great...

yeah who would say we'd be praising Pepe today....he has in fact been very solid with minor exceptions, even that f'ck up vs Sporting was kind of bad luck.....
Paulo Assunção yesterday must have easily recovered a dozen balls or more....he was outstanding, seemed to be everywhere the team needed him to be

Don't think we will/should accept the offer, there really are few true defensive midfielders on the squad, and Raul's talent can be very important throughout the season to prevent for example a possible form breakdown by Assunção or even an injury (god forbid).

I remember how he basicly sucked Raul and Postigas dicks, saying how great and important they were and how Postiga would be our starting #10 ans ****. One bad game by each and they are never heard of again...................Pathetic

I was also disappointed with Raul being left out suddenly, but the truth is that the next chance he had he blew it (against Inter, between other stuff his brain froze in ttheir second goal).
Either way, I rate him to be a great prospect, and think his time in our team will come.

aBola says Moretto will sign for porto..He's an awesome gk (and you won't hear this from me a lot) but we already have Baía, Helton and Bruno Vale, it would be stupid to sign him and sell any of the last three, and it would be even worse to sign him to replace Paulo Ribeiro (who's highly overrated imo), because then he would be our 3rd gk, which would be lame, cause a gk of his calibre has to play.
