So, later this month there'll will be a tribute match to Deco (greatest player I ever saw wearing a Porto shirt) and it'll feature many players from our 2004 team and Barcelona 2006, so it should be pretty cool to watch. A more than deserved homage, I'll definitely attend it.

This deal is obviously a bridge for him to move to another team which probably "loaned" Verona the money. I believe that his future has already been decided and it's going to be at Verona anymore. I'd say Inter or even Roma will pick him up.

For us it's an acceptable deal, we'll only get 45% of those 15M but considering the time he spent here I'd say it's not much of a loss. Like Fili said, he just never seemed to fit in. Had a poor attitude overall, cried way to much about not getting enough chances but when he actually played never really made an impact.

In 2011 we payed 4,2M for 60% of his rights and later sold 15 of those 60% to a fund for 1,06M. So in the end, our profit was around 3,6M...not bad for a player that gave us close to nothing on the pitch.
