Almost, everything what u want. As my point - much better than FED2002.

Yes, it works perfectly both for FIFA2002 and WC2002, thanks to Sylvain. Even u may edit hidden teams: All Europe stars, All world stars....etc

well, i recently got it,but it does't work very good for me.
When i try to see the faces of players who have 3GF or NEOGF i get an error msg.Sometimes the game crashes,sometimes not,to the same face!Also, i can't find a way to put other players for the kickers other than those who are already there.
AND the 3-d kits do not work for me,i think it's because i have 4GK.I can only see the sleeves.

man, after all the bug fixes FCDB is a excelent program, it finaly works fine on win 98 , great great great

It opens the .dbi files found in data/cmn/fe/... And yes, it works great now on Windows 2000 as well!

audio comments

Incredible!
U may even edit audio names of the player in WC2002!
As I know this first utility, which enable to do such thing.
I added Ukraine (without any teams replacing!) and supported every player with correct audio comments

How do you edit the audio? I've tried but the option is not selectable, and i've noticed a bug, i'm using windows xp home edition and whenever i try to edit more than one player my computer restarts, so if i want to edit a couple of players i hav to edit one save changes, close the programme and re open it again.

As for bugs, I can’t help u, I’m not the author of this utility and my OS – WIN98SE.
As for audio:
1. Record by microphone the name of your player
2. Save it in wav format (i.e. Shevchenko.wav)
3. Press “Import…” from FCDBXP v.2
4. Select exactly Shevchenko.wav (u have to do it twice)
5. Save changes
Or simply import the audio comments from FIFA2002. (U have to use “Save…” first in this case)

Don’t hesitate to make experiments.

Can u edit player stats so that they can become star players? The only bad thing bout world cup is their ratings of players, Vieri's 100 times better than Inzaghi but Inzaghi gets the star player? Also Batistuta isn't a star player wtf?

yes you can, just put one of their abilities to 7 and that's it, BTW: the star players aren't stars
what EA meant was that they were the BEST on something, like heading, running etc...

Right well thats Ok then. I jus thought cos EA can **** up big time on player stats sometimes. At least u can edit them now I heard somewhere that WC stats were locked from editting.
