Fictional playerbase

Is something like this possible in FIFA 11? I was able to do something like this in FIFA 10 (albeit VERY slowly and VERY tediously) by scrapping the roster entries and then creating them one-by-one with CM10. It's something I wouldn't mind doing again, even though there are way too many leagues and teams to be doing it completely manually - I would have been fine if there was only one league, like the Bundesliga, to worry about (which is why doing it for Madden is so much easier).

Now why would someone like me want to do this? Easy: Unique team personalities, freedom of player movement, freedom of storylines, among other things.

For example, a fictional Manchester City Blues starting lineup may look like this:

ST: Andrew Law
ST: Scott Howard
LWM: Alexandre Javier Monteiro Gallego
LAM: Brian Steelman
RAM: Bruce Colquitt
RWM: Franz von Berlin
LB: Michael Königsberger
LCB: Pierre Favreau
RCB: Gennaro Cappelletti
RB: Affiano Mazelli
GK: Skarphéðinn Sighvatsson

Again, it's probably way too big a project for one person, but something worth asking anyway.

Sorry if im not understanding what you want to do, but why would you replace the players with "fictional" ones?

It offers more flexibility and freedom with team and player personalities. Also, I don't then have to pay attention to real-world roster moves, making things more ageless.

in excel, there's a table for playernames. replace it with a list of fictional names and it'd be COMPLETELY random ;)

IIRC, the commentary ID name won't change. So Martin Tyler would still wind up saying that player's original name.
