fifa 06 crashes

the game crashes after finishing a game....

in demo everything went wrong....but in the full version the game crashes when i want to quit to main menu...or when i finished a game....

anyone help for me???

well i found the problem...

its because of my via ac97 audio soundcard.....i disabled it and fifa works fine....just without sound....

i also have downloaded new drivers for the sound card...but still the same problem...

anyone help??

Thanks to your post I can find the cause.
(Its not until you post that I can find it.How did you find it???)

Pretty sure when u install new card, you go to your computer setup (f1?) when it's starting up and scroll thru until you find sound options - disable there

i have the same problem but after 6 games i 've played.before those 6 games i haven't any problems.Any help.Have any told this to EA support team?

I used to have a similar problem with my old computer.

Try rolling back the sound drivers or using the ones that came with the soundcard/motherboard rather than the newer one you may have got from a Windows Update.
