yes i got all fifas i love uefa Cl 04-05
but this fifa 2006 is not good is a real stupid game

Sim eu tenho todos os fifas mas este fifa 2006 é uma porcaria
eu adoro o uefa Cl 04-05

e se vc e brasileiro fale no nosso idioma pra falar o portugues claro este fifa 2006 parece q é do master system o jogo já era tá uma porcaria

You don't like simply because you don't like? LOL, this is the best FIFA ever, there's no doubt about that, all you can argue here is if this FIFA beat PES but this concerned to another Forum... FIFA 2005 was disgusting, 2004 one of the worst, 2003 was great for his time, 2002 pathetic, 2001 very good just had stupid bycicle kicks, 2000 disgusting, 99 worst ever, i could go from the defense to attack dribling and score, 98 was good for his time, i don't need to go back cause it would be ridiculous to compare with a completed game like FIFA 06...

His talking to me in portuguese saying that 06 is like sega master system Hahahaha his funny but no man i think they really fixed this game up good... well better than 99 thats for sure

Pros:

Clyve Tyldesley and Andy Gray as the commentary team. Although they don't say much because it's the demo version of the game, but from what I've have heard it's definately an improvement to have those guys in for Motty and Ally.

Passing is alot more slick, much more realistic, but there are some major flaws with it, I'll leave that for the cons.

The player radar is now much clearer to understand and is now useable, which for me it wasn't in Fifa 2005.

The game doesn't feel anyway near as scripted as past versions and players actually move out of position instead of just being glued into one place in a perfect straight line formation.

Cons:

Every pass is exactly the same, with exactly the same animation, no outside passes, no flick passes, just the same ordinary careful pass that every player does with the same aninmation. The passing is slick but sometimes too slick, it feels like you are playing on Calgary Flames ice rink.

Scorboard. I hate it, the team names are no longer displayed just some horrible looking silver scoreboard. Ugly.

We still have the problem with the AI. Goals still get banged into the top corner by the computer from 30 yards out far too frequently and over use the wings wayyyyyy too much, way too predictable to defend against.

Well it's definately an improvement gameplay wise over Fifa 2005 and I really enjoy playing Fifa 2005 and still play it today, admittidly I still play PES4 much more than I do Fifa 2005 and by the looks of this game they are still behind PES/WE, but still enjoyable, I will definately go out and buy it.

I've done a few different passes in the demo, like flicks, etc. It doesn't happen all the time

Just played, basically its ****e. Can't explain just feels to scripted and wel just ****e if ya get me. I know some dudes are gunna call me a pes fanboy or whatever, but end of day fifas just ...****e and has been for past 7 years. So just whatever trevor

The fifa 2006 demo is awesome. The gameplay has been much improved, defence system seem far more realistic. I am pleased that the "off the ball control" for long passes is no more used, it makes the play more fluid. Some very good graphic improvements (good nets physics, endly !). Can't wait the final release ! For me, the last time the fifa serie has so much improved was between fifa 98 and fifa 99.

Another great feature is that the ref waits with whistling to see if the other team has advantage or not and if not he whistles..
I noticed that handball is included with the fouls and that's far more realistic!
I had the ball and hit a player on his arm, the ref claimed it was handball and I became a freekick :D
The keeper moves in a more realistic way, the saves are more breathtaking sometimes and when you run towards a player (as goalie)you can even make a foul when you make the player trip..nice one EA :)
But the ref is far to strict IMO, every tackle results almost in a card and a tackle from behind is red immediately damn that's tough.. :rolleyes:
More cinematics finally, the one I like most is when a player goes to the ref after a tackle and tries to persuade him to give the other player a card. The look on his face and the way he moves his arms.. I've seen many opportunities for me as a ss taker for kitmakers so I can't wait either for this game to hit the stores.
And for the first time in years I even read positive reactions from PES players so that must mean something.. In my book this game is a winner :jap:

Dont even worry about him, he is one of the people who will defend the game till kingdom come. Even if it is that bad. As you can see, he has made up all the excuses in the world in every other thread.... meh.

Anyhow, i actually like the demo, but the game will be nothing like it. It always ends up like that. Wether a good change or a bad. Im going to get the game.
