Yes they were, just that at times the screen would "jump" just as the ball hit the net triggering the net animation

yea i agree whilst the nets in 06 were a major improvement they were still pretty unrealistic, any one could see this when a ball landed ontop of the net that the sagginess was just really really unrealistic and now the next gen nets dont even work

They probably just need some new batteries

Nice stuff. I saw the video (on Youtube..I couldnt see it through the site) and it looked amazing. Thats how Fifa should make their nets for every game they come out with. It makes a big difference.

No, Andy Gray is there to, listen carefully at the beginning. He says something about the match being a draw..

But on all the other videos of FIFA 07 (current-gen videos), there is still Clive tyldesley commentating - does this mean Clive will be on current gen versions, with Tyler on only next-gen??

i heard alot about this game, but never played it, but people whu did where very impresed with the game, a game with they very first addition, coming out out of no where, with no espectetions ending up being sucsses, with ressponsive gameplay, that's a very good work of namco,
and yes the nets are so realistic, the best we ever seen so far in any foot vid game

this game is madness!!! the realism is unbelievable!
& it looks like it's a 2004 game!!! imagine it already has that kinda technology (which is claimed as the current next-gen consol techno) since 2004... hence i'm wondering if they are to develop the game further... it will almost mirror reality!!!

all of us here would have wasted 2 yrs of our footy game life!!!

Especially the passing system looks very impressive. Looks like 360 degress passing and depending on how hard you press the button.

Nice fifa vids. the football kingdom game does look real, but nasty ass graphics oh and about the net, its impossible for EA to leave it like that...it looks like an opened up rectangle. they will change it

i must say guys, I've seen both PES6 and fifa07 next-gen vids and well... I hate to say this but fifa looks alot better. I know i can't judge by some dumb vids but i'm just saying what i saw. the big probleme il PES6 looks the the same as PES5 but with stange plastic graphics. Fifa07 looks pretty good but I still need to see more (cos i just hate that floting ball when you chip it in the air )

Of course they are going to change it. Its probably gonna be the same garbage as the nets in 06. Im hoping they redo the nets from scratch.

I think they should keep the nets from X360 WC06, look pretty good to me. I'm sure they'll fix them though.

As for commentary, I think the X360 is the Skysports team of Martyn Tyler with analysis from Andy Gray - the other versions are Clive Tyldesley and Andy Gray.
