but it says
for PC, PS2 and Nintendo DS

for Wii

and nothing specific for PS3 or 360

You have the clear example of FIFA07-FIFA08 transitions. Some new atributes for the players, new texture for kits and one slightly modified AI. Thats all! Do you know this AI works on FIFA07 with no problem? Of corse it works, because is the same game! The marketing of EA made the rest. "The new fifa, improved...bla,bla,bla..." We pay the money for a new old crap. Do you think FIFA08-FIFA09 transition will be different? Nope. The EA have so many sport games "in work" in the same way, there will be no time for something realy new! What "revolution" can you mention from EA? I think you should read some new info about FIFA 09 by Munich Convention or Moscow one before writing absurd things... EA SPORTS has been really involved in a great new game for PC, so that FIFA 09 will be very different from FIFA 08. The comparison with FIFA 07-08 transition is inappropriate because in FIFA 08 EA SPORTS thought only about consolles, but this time they are heavily thinking about PC and the new mouse+keyboard control is a proof of it. There are also new graphics and however there are some things we don't know now. So please stop complaining with non-sense words. If you don't like EA SPORTS policy don't buy the game, no problem for us

But, last year i read similar posts in this forum. Like you, allot of us thinked that EA give a damn. So, when i see the final product.....trash. Fifa07 refurbished.
I dont read garbage from some convention because is not the first time when EA give us just a good MOTIVATION to buy the game, not a good game.

You are saying that last years EA SPORTS told lies about the pc product but this is absolutely not true. Simply they didn't tell anything especial about FIFA 08 PC because there was NOT nothing especial for it. But this time there are a lot of new things that there will be in FIFA 09 and there will be. This is not my opinion or your opinion: this is the truth seen at some real conventions. There will be new graphics for players and pitch (3d turf), new gameplay with keyboard+mouse, 350 new animations for gameplay and more...
EA SPORTS cannot afford to lie to these conventions. They showed off a beta version of the game and this is very positive because the game will only improve in these months, surely not decrease its quality. I'm talking about FACTS man, not thoughts or opinions.

You are saying that last years EA SPORTS told lies about the pc product but this is absolutely not true. Simply they didn't tell anything especial about FIFA 08 PC because there was NOT nothing especial for it. But this time there are a lot of new things that there will be in FIFA 09 and there will be. This is not my opinion or your opinion: this is the truth seen at some real conventions. FACTS say that EA SPORTS producer are now strongly committed to make new FIFA games for PC, so they have started a process that will take some years. FIFA 09 will be only the first little step to a next-gen graphics and gameplay also in PC platforms. If you don't believe them no problem, but there is no reason to say that FIFA 09 will be like FIFA 08. There will be something still very similar (manager mode for example) but only because the process will take some time and EA SPORTS, making the game every year, can't afford to give the final next-gen product the first year!
