Hey man everything is in the forum. At this time there's no tool like CM10.
You can use TEXMOD to import textures there is a tuto in the forum.

Adboards are great, Elendil's work with 'em is amazing.
Had been told to u that u must use Texmod to import 'em, and if u search in the forum there's a tutuorial about how tu use Texmod, don't be lazy.

He has no need to put an explaination about how to import 'em, imagine every graphic editor in every fifa forum repeating over and over the same thing, again, don't be lazy, search the forum for the tools to import graphics, take a time to read the posts, use the search option or just use the support thread, but don't be so stupid saying "bad work" when the problem it's yours and you are so lazy to learn how to import 'em.
