FIFA 11 Erevos Transformed Gameplay Database

i dont have an opinion about latest hybrid, ETGD v2 is my view of football, and its a database work, so anything related to programming is out of v2 reach, FIFA 11 is a superb game and gave me the chance to do that. I like default ball physics, with some adjustments i've made to shot/pass power is ideal for me. I dont want v2 to be another Hybrid or similar, i dont want v2 to change the great core of the game cause i feel it will loose his identity..
And after all its nice for ppl to have different things to use

i want v2 to be unique and when i release it i would like ppl to use it for its uniqueness...

hm i've read somewhere that for pc the patch will not released today, i hope im wrong.

I was playing a lot of games latlely and is like IA is getting better with each game. One of the thougher matchs I'd was against Hercules at Vicente Calderon. They scored in the only chance they'd and I was able to won 2-1 after they lost two players.

I think FRAPS work just fine..go to "movies tab", then click "30 fps" radio button on video capture settings and uncheck "Lock Framerate".

Anyway wanted to say that after some time playing v2 beta i went on original to get back exp from the old playstyle,.... what can i say, angry, furious, xbox 360 controler in the wall, frustration, then i got ideas like WHY i play this game. Then got idea to test Fidel 4.1 HG with the ETGD v2 beta and what can i say i was liberated ! i could have breath again ^^ there is bonus to both mods in the physic run/coalison but donno why fidel patch kinda brake ETGD v2 beta tactic formation, the back line dont realy work good and saw bad marking somethign what is best gain from ETGD2.. I guess its normal to have some coalison of the mods but they work together with minor problems but and big gain. I know Erevos want stand alone mod and he is right.. HE is taking one way in moding fidel other. Both are doing great job. For now even in beta ETGDv2 beta is complite game enhancement ETGD FIFA 11.5

yeap... i will always claim that ETGD should be standalone because it is... ppl will combine it but i dont really see the point... a crucial advantage of v2 is the defence the balance the freedom, if you brake one of those three you will not playing v2

Hehehe, Well first game i played was vs Barca and i lost 4:0 and next one lost 2:0, in game 2 after the yscored in 68 min they hold the ball for 15 min without me able to take or stop the flow of the game. Now i was happy, how many people have you seen happy after lose of 4:0 On the original i was puking after every stupid foul, not given, or goal or jump or runs and push. And i won easier more games. I never play to win but to play good game and have fun and, win will come as reward. I know what you talk about the standalone, i realy feel the lose of compact last defender line and the lose of good marking and covering on flanks. when one wing is exposed my back line dont cover good. This happen a lot with my agressive formation with 2 back wingers, so i pray on my fast reaction with the CB and covering the flank so i give time for my wingers come back, but now its much harder and with the crapy manual player switch i need time to select person i want (this is soo big problem on corners and crosses but thats dif story)
Anyway merged they give good dif experience but all gain come with price.

The reason I havent posted yet is because I am doing (seems the case the last 5 years!) extensive tests of your patch, Fidels patch, RegCats DB, and various similar mods for PES2011 as well as FIFA10 and PES2010 mods, in my mindless hunt for skills/trick moves by CPU players!!!

Also, please dont all laugh at once.....I 99% of the time, in testing, set the game to be CPU vs CPU and sit back and watch............I am hoping you appreciate that as its a very good way of watching how you have transformed the gameplay from its default handbraked state.

Well what can I say...............I put it on Barca vs Real or, even better I find, Argentina vs Spain (always at Legend, Slow) and look for subtle movements from players with the ball.................and last night I was gobsmacked to witness (not 100% sure if I had JUST your mod installed or had got as far as installing Fidels 4.1 at the same time) CPU players wriggling all the time they ran, twisting, turning, stopping, starting, doing 'skill' movies rather than tricks but hey, this doesnt happen on default gameplay. In comparison, I have a separate FIFA10 installation of pure Fidel 4.1 and RegCat, and cant recall that installation being as constantly impressive as your v2 Beta mod (again, as I previously stated, I need to re-check whether I have your mod and Fidel installed at the same time). Needless to say, its clear to me that your Mod has the CPU players attacking with fluidity and realistically skilled moves (lots of dummy shots, a few stepovers, Messi holding the ball for ages doing all sorts, in fact, most of the Argentina players under your Mod seem soooo lifelike in theyre movements with the ball!!!)

Anyway, had a few beers before typing this but just to say it would be awesome if you can keep up this good work. Along with Fidel and RegCat, please, the 3 of you, visit E.A. and demand you all become the gameplay guys for FIFA 12!!!! (funnily enough I used to work for Maxis in UK and got made redundant when E.A. took Maxis over, and was involved in helping Steve Screech program Kick Off 97, I talked him into making sure aftertouch was included)

2nd.. you lost while testing a newest bets of v2...
and
3rd... yes in v2, players are recognisable from the way they play and feints with some tricks are often happening

another reason that cpu makes tricks but we are seeing them is the abuse of standing tackle from user, thats why in v2 if you see cpu vs cpu you will see more tricks, cause the cpu defender is defending "manualy".

hm the plan is in february, but... since i've done formation like in reality the game got a further reality.. so im thinking a small delay to fix more formation/transfers/lineups, i've done the the top league for england, spain, italy, germany and im finishing france today.

so im not sure, if you are so anxious i can end you a beta

well the thing is and im speaking about v2 without having anything else in mind cause i respect everyone's work, that bottom line is by combining v2 you will gain 5% of Hybrid and you will lose 50% of v2, the choice is yours

Just one tip, I played against Athletic de Bilbao in a great physichal game, as they play in the real world, which ended tied 0-0. I found out a little "bug", the free kicks were taken by Fernando Llorente who is a tank better used as a header in this plays.

Hi!

I've just dowloaded and installed the new DB, I checked Atlético de Madrid's squad (I guess you're not surprised) which has transfers updated, even the numbers are right . But I found a bug. Inside player roles, left corner kick, free kick, long free kick and captain are undefined. IMHO left corner kick should be Juanfran or Reyes, free kick Forlan, long free kick Tiago and Antonio López is our captain.

I saw you pushed the wingers up, that's OK but there's some issues with starting players. In defence, Godin is chosen often before Dominguez. Quique likes Assunçao a lot (I do not) and uses to set him up in the middle as DMF along with Tiago as CMF. Now that Simao is gone (we'll miss him) we no longer play with changed-foot wingers, 'cause Juanfran always plays in the right, so Reyes goes back to the left, his natural side.
