FIFA 11 Manager Mode Transfer Bugs?

Hey Guys! I have been searching the forums for my problem.when in the mid season transfer week.i offered several players.Exampe:Nasri,A.Young,P.Jones.And it's more than 70++% interesting.Every match i completed and i had failed to sign them..when i go to Negotiation History and try to see why they don't want to join my club.but i get no details on why..If anyone know why please help.

P/S:I Had Downloaded The Edited Career.ini.

The Career.ini doesn't matter. Maybe it's because, you have shortlisted them. Try removing them from there.
