yeah too dark. plus the game itself is in charge of the shadows. the least possible in the texture, the better

really nice work man, just to improve the texture I would add some work in the sides, there is to much difference in the skin tone

ok my friend. here is my way to import on game.

open FIFA11 TEXTURE EDITOR with adminstrator.(if you are windows7 or vista)
open data3.big in FIFA11 folder
search file which you wanna import.
select 'exportfiletogamepath' Icon. and you'll see it says 'select game folder'. and than slecet 'GAME' 'folder which in fifa11 folder.(EA Sports\FIFA 11\GAME)
now, you can see new folder (EA Sports\FIFA 11\GAME\data\sceneassets\face)
when you open that folder, you'll see the file which you have imoprted.
now, copy and paste your edited work on that folder.

at last, you have to seclect 'active .big file's into folder' on texture editor.(so do not close that program until last.)
it says again 'select game folder'. select it.

finished.

I also cant convert..
your first version of nasri is ok. It worked. but beta2 isnt.
I dont know why. but maybe that error message mean some mesh points were disappeared...
