Fifa 11 not responding after use Alt+tab

Sometime, i wanna stop the game to check mail, i try to use alt+tab but it crashes when i minimize. Is this normal???? how to fix it???? Fifa 12 is the same. everything okay with Fifa 13. Help me!!!

I think that's a synchronization problem, try to update your graphic card

This also happens to me, I haven't found any solution, I think it has something to do with win7
