Anybody very clever person can convert 3ds max model to Oedit model or maybe who have oedit model for 11?

Come on guys..
There are so many good file moders around here, at least one can try converting that complex 3ds max model into a simple O model like FIFA10 had.
It will be used by almost every kit maker in this forum, so please, make an effort.
