FIFA 11 vs FIFA 12 few questions!

Hi.

I'm here to trying to retrieve some answers about Fifa 11 and 12 as well from experts.
I've started to edit Fifa 11 with CM11 and all went OK, since i'll find Fifa 12, and now i'm stucked with some problems.

First of all let me ask if someday will be really possible to make new leagues like Fifa 11, with promotions and relegations.

Second, if first question response is no, i feel like i'm going to continue with my creation to Fifa 11 and forget that Fifa 12 exists , but still i'd like any expert in the forum to help me with some things about Fifa 11:

1.How can i start new season with a team that i know it's present in CL or LE?
What must be changed to this to happen in Fifa 11?

2.I've noticed that in CL and LE groups, when i want to see the rest of groups, page don't refresh name of teams and all groups appear to have the same teams. I know that's not really true, cause when i click on "X" button, the page correct the names, so it's a problem of refreshing page, i think. Could someone tell me if there's a solution for this?

3.Now the more interesting thing (and also crazy idea, but who knows?).
someone knows if it's possible, like in Fifa 12 to give colors to table positions, marking team champ, promotions and relegations in Fifa 11?
If so, help me with this please.

4.Last crazy idea.
I've noticed that many people are making to Fifa 12 and also they have maked to Fifa 11, many different overlays.
I have an idea, but i'm not a programmer, so i don't know if this is possible.
Nothing better that asks to experts.
For my experience in game, I've noticed that some overlays have a relation to some leagues.
In true i have find that this relation is not direct with a team or league, but with nation, cause if i play against a team from spain in CL or LE in his terrain, the overlay that appears in game is referent to his nation, even if i play with a team from england.
So my question is, there is a few possibility to find a way to make new overlays relative to other nations? If this could be possible would be a great discovery, cause than we could make overlays just to CL and LE (since they refer to same nation "rest of the world"), but also individually to other nations.
I realize that, cause if the game can give a specific overlay to a specific nation (German, French, Italian and German), why in the same way we can find a way to give specific overlays to other nations?
That's could be great.

Well, the answer to your first question is yes, it's possible to add new leagues with promotion and relegation, but, not like in Fifa 11, mainly because the executable of Fifa 12 is full of controls that determine wich ID's are valid for leagues(because EA doesn't want people modding the game)

regarding, the CL and EL restriction. I haven't really looked at it but it's possible that within the manager mode settings there's a setting related to the first season code (the one that leaves teams out of the euro competitions)

As far as the colours, there are arguments within the competition structure that make that stuff appear. In Fifa 11 I'm not aware if those options exist, mate.

Regarding the overlays question, EA made for Fifa 12 a TV broadcast kind of visual package, and thus far no one found a way to assign new overlays for countries (provided that's even possible)

I'd say that overrall, Fifa 11 has much more room for editing (simply cause it enables a more complete portrait of worldwide competitions as you can add a lot of leagues; besides there are already out there tools to add things like faces, including an easier way to create faces through the use of facegen modeler photofit
