FIFA 12 Crashing

hello, this is my first post.
I'm running a core i5 @ 2.7 ghz
Windows 7 home basic with 2 GB ram and
a 2GB nVidia GT 230

now, i know these arent the greatest of specs, so i decided to download the game, before buying it. lucky for me that i did.

The first version i downloaded, ran perfectly,at 1920 x 1080 res , max rendering quality , 4x AA for 2-3 hrs but then my pc just goes to sleep and doesnt start again unless i pull the plug. this happened at lesser resolutions etc.

so i downloaded another version. now that s*** crashes right after it "checks for connection"

so now im having second thoughts about buying the game. Is it my specs? do i have to upgrade my pc?

everyone is having problems regardless of specs, some can get it working & some cant.

yeah, tell me about. i have another PC : Windows XP sp2 , core 2 duo 2.7 ghz , 2 gb ram , 1 gb Nvidia gt220. and it runs the game with very very few crashes.

I have a Window 7 64 bit PC with a Nvidia GTX 560 Ti graphics card.
I manage to play FIFA 12 once, but the next time I try to login, a blue screen appears and I have to reinstall the graphics driver. This happens every time I try it (I tried the two latest drivers from Nvidia).

Playing the game on an older system works, though. Playing the demo version also worked on the new system.

I must say I am quite discontent with the situation.

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHz or AMD Athlon II X2 245e.
Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
CPU: 2.4 GHZ single core processor.
Sound Card: DirectX 9, 10, 11 compatible.
Graphics: NVidia GeForce 6800 or ATI Radeon X1600 at least, GeForce GTS 240 and Radeon HD 3870 recommended.
Hardware: Mouse and Keyboard.
Network: Internet connection for online mode.
Hard Drive: 6 GB to 12 GB.

I am playing the manager mode, it works fine but when it comes to the F.A. Cup matches in the season the game crashes and i have to sim the match. i HATE doing it. its been a while since the game has been released but there are no help available, i am amazed.....
