ATI 4350 HD
can i run it in high settings..?

Yes i think you can i run the game in the highest settings and highest screen 1920x1080, and config set to 2x and vsync off, and other things i have dont touch with, no modified files or something.

My specs right now:

Intel core 2 duo e8400
ATI radeon 4850 1gb
4 gb ddr2 (but soon i opgrade to 8)
but the game runs smooth at my pc

I just got the full version. There is still lag, but it's different...I would say better optimized than demo or last year's game.
