Just read in some forum that you need to uninstall Fifa 11 to install this correctly. Is it correct? Has anybody installed it properly?

Yes, this actually seems to be the problem, I'll come back with an answer in a few minutes.
L.E.: I can confirm, after uninstalling FIFA 11, the demo works properly
