Before you say i need to try D3D overdrive, or vbs file or Doctor's performance optimizer, let me say that i have tried all those already.

My Current settings:

1600x900
Graphics = high.
AA = 4x
Vsync = on.
Micro Stuttering = on.
Disable Aero theme = on.

I have searched all over the internet, no solution. Can it be that my card is not good enough to run the game maxed out at that resolution? i don't think so because i can run skyrim at ultra at 45 fps.

Any help would be appreciated.
