The MAIN mistake that you took a VERY poor photo for the check. Alex MUST (not even should, but MUST) look only like this:

The model is better but the texture spoils almost everything. Very bad lights and shadows. Try to make color in one tone. And what is very important make white part of the eyes DARKER - the view should be dark for this photo cause the shadow from the brows cover the eyes.
