when i minimize the game it crashes out
when awindows application is opened. the game minimize and crash also

what to do really annoying

Why would you need to minimize the game? And close your other Windows apps before playing, that seems simple enough. Every PC and every graphics card is different. I have one game I can't minimize because it freezes for some reason, so I don't minimize it. Another program I have slows down and doesn't run well if I have other programs open, so I shut them all down beforehand. Just common sense.

the problem is some pop ups in windows make the game minimize so i loss it and have to start it over u know what i mean _ if u r in a middle of a match_.

Okay, then that's an issue with your PC settings. I have all popups shut off and I've never had that issue.

Sounds like you downloaded some spam programs that are causing popups on your PC. Definitely not a FIFA 12 game issue.

the game didn't close when minimized before now it crash and close

Well, if you have spam programs on your PC that are causing popups, who knows what they downloaded onto your PC and which files they've corrupted. Sounds like you need to clean up your computer.
