If you install this patch for Euro 2012 does it affect any faces, stadiums, etc you have for regular club teams? Will a player's face in the Euro patch affect the way he looks in club games?

Nope, only you need to make a new save game. FIFA 12 does the same "but not belongs to UEFA Euro 2012".
Fifa 12 save - Uefa Euro 2012 save. Only need to delete Uefa Euro and not FIFA 12 Save.
Only the db files updated you need to delete and make new save, so this one have it.

Mate you did montenegro bad,their roster is wrong,names of players are all wrong,name on the kits also,hair and faces wrong also,pls fix this.Example Mirko Vucinic player of Juventus i Mica vucinic and also wrong hair and face too much and he is done pretty well in Fifa 12.Also overall is wrong too much

Names are ok. Probably you have them wrong because you have not deleted the EuroSquads files from My Documents / FIFA 12 folder :)
