Fifa 13 Crashes In Career Mode

I have a similar question:
I've edited the database, only the players table.
Everything works properly, but when I want to start a career as manager and go to the English competition it crashes. When I start a player career it doensn't! I can start a career with any other team. The problem seems to be in the premier league. Any ideas?
I've already regenerated, problem stays the same.
I'm guessing there is a player somewhere in de premier league which makes my career crash. But it's strange because I can play matches and also start a player-career

I found the error in my database!
Now it only crashes when I try to start a carreer (when loading starts, it crashes).

I had the same problem until the latest update but then it went away. Previous to the update I could also get into career mode by disconnecting from Origin before launching FIFA.
