Didn't work for me... I set all values to -1 in "powid" column and get locked boots and balls.

I didn't try yet to put -1 in "islocked". I will give a try now...

new celebrations. some of that are locked and we need to unlock it to use. celebrations like balotelli muscles an etc.

i don't look for any celebration but yes, kits are unlocked. just copy "fifa_ng_db.db" and "fifa_ng_db-meta.xml" files into "\Game\data\db" folder.

I made "db" folder, then inserted "fifa_ng_db.db" and "fifa_ng_db-meta.xml" into it. Turning on the game and no change spoted. Still i can't choose additional boots or unlocked shirts. What to do?
