I really can't understand how you like all those editings. In all respect to your work, it looks awful and very unrealistic.

Could you explain me what exactly is the improvement for FIFA if a 19 year old Oxlade-Chamberlain looks like 65?

Here is my input:
1.) The color is looking to "carton-ish", they are just to bright, in my opinion, you need to find the way to darken it a bit, in my opinion the default coloring is just OK, in your mod they seem to "yellow-ish", so experiment some more with it!?
2.) Skin model is to odd, its to sharp (the textures show some abnormal details, to much pimples and moles and that stuff, maybe if its pair with better texture it would look good but on most of the pictures that you showed, its look "funny")
3. Shape of heads seems also exaggerated, cheek bones are extruded to much, the line of jaw is also to exaggerated, it seems too "strong", it need to be more rounder, and so on
Just work more with this, maybe there is something to it, but now it just has no appeal for me to use it, butt keep on working!?

It must be the models and textures, because Pedro looks very, very nice, De Jong also looks OK, rest not good, Khedira looks to young, Chamberlain to old, Ronaldo not even close, to strong jaw and overall head to fat, nose wrong, and eyebrows, on Ramos i have no opinion, he looks OK!?

I think 2pi will make some modification with the face.. we use original face texture.. 2pi was combine it with real player faces.. & now im still collecting the original soccer faces player from the world wide web. 2pi tell me that The blues Chelsea was the next priority project, the club with the european championship tittle. Otherwise Im The Blues Holligan...
