Front - almost Ok - but side still wrong. Pay attention to the shape of the NOSE. He has a definitely eagle-like shape and you made a duck-shape. Move the chin forward and make it more heavy. Narrow the lower half of the head. And narrow a bit th eyes so he looked more asian. As well notice that he has wider ears.
