It stays invisible.
I wonder in what way should I place the rx.3 file.
I mean the file name.
I just put all the rx.3 into a single file called faces.
Should it be divided into separate files?? such as eyes ,face??

yea, create those four folders inside your sceneassets :

[face] : face_xxxxx_0_0_0_0_0_0_0_0_textures.rx3
[hair] : hair_xxxxx_0_0.rx3 & hair_xxxxx_0_textures.rx3
[hairlod] : hairlod_xxxxx_0_0.rx3
[head] : head_xxxxx_0.rx3 & eyes_xxxxx_0_textures.rx3
