i have instal directx, framework si ms redistributable from intaller folder and it's useless, game crashes after language screen. why? i use win7 x64 and keyboard!

WTF the game runs UGLY, FIFA 12 ran full 60fps and 13 not?

obviously i have marked "no limit ips" then i tryed "limit 60ips" and the same result, what a **** this is not optimization ¬¬
