FIFA 13 Requirments Problem

Hello guys.
I have a problem. When I play Fifa it works normally. I use the lowest standarts because i play on my laptop. At the first 10-20 game minutes Fifa works normaly. But then it starts freezing for like 10 seconds and after that it's again normal. This happens 2-4 times in one game. It's stupid because then i can't play a whole game without freezing.
So, i think it's because my Ram can't run it without problems. Is there a way to lower the requirments for Fifa 13? If I could also tell you this: My brother has the same laptop as me and Fifa is working on his computer with no freezing or stuttering. Thanks in advance for help!

Type: Acer-Aspire-AS5251
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II P340 Dual-Core Processor 2.20 GHz
RAM: 3,00 GB (usable: 2,74)
Graphic Card: ATI Mobility Readon HD 4250
Windows 7, 32 bit.

i suggest you compare what he has running in his background when he is playing compared to what it is you have running and see how similar/different they are.

chances are if you have the same specs as he does and it runs fine for him it may not be due to the amount of ram, it could be some form of hardware failure or overheating, not using the most recently released drivers for the hardware or a possible software conflict between the game and another app/process running at the same time using the same irql tracks.

it could be anything, but start by looking into the things i mentioned and good luck.

How to check if there's a conflict between the game and another programme? Is it maybe because I edited my Fifa with CM13 and he didn't?

by running fifa with 1 app that you always have open in the background at a time until you find the app causing the issue, then simply make sure its not running when playing.

Ok. I tried almost everything and it's still not working. Maybe this is also a problem of Fifa. Always when i run Fifa, my Windows 7 theme changes to the Normal theme and when i close Fifa, i get my old theme back. Is this a problem?

no it is designed that way because the aero theme eats up resources.

it may be a mod that is causing the issue, not knowing what mods you have in your game i can't help.

I haven't installed anything on my Fifa and I am not running any programme while playing Fifa, but it's still stuttering. Maybe it's because I have installed the no fans patch for Fifa 12 and it's still appearing in Fifa 13, but my brother has the same thing installed and its working fine on his PC...
