FIFA 13 - User and CPU Sliders

Anybody experimented with Gameplay Customization of FIFA 13 Demo? Well, if you did and if you adjusted your sliders the way you find it most suitable, realistic and, after all, better than default gameplay, please share it, discuss it here. After full game release and adjusting most suitable settings I'll share it, I'm still experimenting. Though, I would like to test other users sliders. ;)

Played few matches with your settings today, and would like to say my opinion on it. I was a bit skeptic when saw Marking that high. My sliders are set to 65, and sometimes it's hard to make shot at goal, but even with your Marking it was pretty good, I'll definitely raise it in mine settings. We have same Positioning: Line Length and Line Width - 40, which I think is optimal, but I'm still experimenting with all Positioning sliders. What I liked from you is Fullback positioning also. Injury frequency - 80? Strange, but it actually might be good if you decrease Injury Severity. I think I'll also increase Shooting Error a bit cause its way to easy to score from inside the box, especially when you guard the ball and shot from the turn.

If scores of your matches in CM or TOURNAMENTS are higher than those in other matches, you could fix it. After this correction more results 0-0, 1-0, 1-1, 2-1 etc will be possible even if you play offensively. Since I fixed it, the gameplay became more interesting and my scores are more realistic. No more results like 4-2, 3-3, 4-3, etc.

USER/CPU GAME CUSTOMIZATION:

Sprint Speed - 48/41 (its easier to stop the opponent if you're faster than him)
Acceleration - 50/48
Shot Error - 65/75 (decreases goals per match guaranteed)
Pass Error - 53/53
Shot Speed - 50/50
Pass Speed - 48/48 (or lower)

Positioning: Marking - 90/90 (the more up - the more realistic: every FIFA gameplay has a defense tactic as a weak point, low marking and bad closing down)

The main problem is that the players react to fast and cpu players tend to pass the ball forward rather than pass back to midlefields or defenders.

Set CPU teams'/players' attack workrate to low, and they will pass the ball back a lot more.

Updated my last year sliders for FIFA 12 to suit FIFA 13.

If you hate playing vs cheating World Class/Legendary AI, try those.

They are quite fun combined with rique realistic tactics mod.

Be advised though, the game is not easy...

interesting thread... will try some posted configs... for demo there was a realistic-mod that configure the gameplay&ai-options.

Heavily Tested with:
FC Bayern vs Real, PSG, ManU, Chelsea
Barcelona vs Real, PSG, ManU, Bayern

Played atleast 50 games testing the sliders. Sometimes, AI would be bit too weak, sometimes too strong, etc. But I found a near-perfect combo for my use.

Matches were all played on World Class and Legendary. Sliders can be used with both difficulties. Only difference will be that on Legendary, AI will be a little stronger.

I made this in mind to remove CPU "super marking" and general "cheating". Try it out and post some results if you do.

User/CPU
Sprint: 53/50 (gives you a slight advantage with through balls)
Acceleration: 53/50 (same as above)
Shot Error: 50/50 (default)
Pass Error: 50/56 (CPU will have greater ball possession. This just makes it so cpu makes mistake sometimes. does not really affect scoring)
Shot Speed: 50/50 (default)
Pass Speed: 50/53 (gives cpu little boost in passing for faster play. corrected with pass error)
Injury Frequency: 50/50 (default but this is for you to decide)
Injury Severity: 50/50 (default, also you decide this)
Goalkeeper Ability: 50/45 (cpu cheats lol. You can even try 52/44)
Marking: 50/48 (possible 47 here. Gives you a bit space to play. cpu cheats)
Run Frequency: 50/55 (cpu gets little more in your face)
Line Height: 50/50 (default, this is still under testing but you can lower both by 4-5)
Line Length: 50/50 (default, this is still under testing but you can lower both by 5-10)
Line Width: 50/50 (default, this is still under testing but you can lower both by 4-5)
Fullback Positioning: 50/50 (default)
Power Bar: 50 (default)
First Touch Error: 50/52 (52 for WC, 53 for Leg. Leave yourself with 50 to learn it)

I hope you find this useful. I really have some great games now but as always, there is room for improvement

Does anyone know if the injury frequency slider affects other games in career mode - ie if i raise injury frequency will the opposition be affected by more injuries over the course of a season, making their lineup less predictable and giving squad depth more importance in the final league positions. I want to play a career mode with high injuries (fairly low severity), but will this only affect me and games i am involved in, or will the whole career be affected?

Great, great work, mate. I actually changed 'Injury Frequency' to 30/40 and 'Injury Severity' 30/35 to lower the injuries (especially in Career), but you've done great job with this... I'm playing in World Class with Slow gameplay and really enjoy playing right now (not building my attacks with 30+ passes, scoring 2 goals and the f***in' CPU scoring 3 goals in just 3 attacks with 5 passes as it was before). EDIT: Can I change this "slider" settings in the db or somewhere else aside from profile file?

I'm trying to get the AI in League Two (lower league football) to not pass the ball around in their defense with one touch passes ala Barcelona! that simply does'nt happen, I've managed to make it "tougher" in Legendary mode but I'm still coming away with 50% more shots and losing to the AIs one or two shots at goal. I've got a mix-match of settings in here so I'm getting close but its still far from perfect.
Anyone found any good slider settings for lower league football?
