Whati do is make the ambient texture very light but the base texture darker, if u have photoshop u could change the base texture brightness by -60 and the ambient texture by +60 then reload them in blender and export ur textures. U will need to split the textures if u use them on more than the terrace object. Hope that makes sense

Also note that the crowd receives the below mesh lightmap as a shadow, so try to tweak that too :D

Here is what is happening with the black hairs:

From version 0.63 and forth all data is being passed back in the head and hair files, and that includes both uv maps and both color maps. Now that color map rewriting maybe when you have tweaked the hair in a large percent will have that kind of impact in the appearance of the hair in the file.

It has nothing to do with the textures, it has to do with the light that the hair receives and that is a color map issue.

I thought that i had included the possibility to overwrite the model without containing the color maps, but i was wrong, just checked it and the file gets an error. So either use the previous version for now, either try the autopainters included to recolor the meshes ( i absolutely don't guarantee the success :P:P) either wait for the new version in which i'll try to fix that :D

I'm sorry but I do not understand what you mean!

Thank you

Hey arianos, do you think it would be possible to have a way to convert old FIFA faces (FIFA 08) to FIFA 14 faces. Of course polygons are much less in old FIFAs and that should be the first problem... I'm not interested in recovering old FIFA 08 real faces, but just use my captain tsubasa patch for FIFA 08 model faces, so that I can convert them to FIFA 14 instead of remaking them from scratch...

I think that converting PES faces to FIFA ones would be the revolutionary part. There are tons of them all around the web!

I tried exporting a stadium but I only got 1 KB files. I know there was somebody with a similar problem but the search function doesn't work with short words like "kb", so pardon my memory.

This has propably to do with wrong group namings. Make sure that they are named like "stad_xxxxxxx".

I think i have written that before. The only thing that is missing from that is to understand the bone structure in the face files. Each point of the face is being assigned to one or more bones. That means that i am going to replace the whole face structure with a new one, with different number of points and different vertex order. The problem is that i don't know which bones i should use on the vertices. If i don't know the correct ones, then the animations will be screwed in the file.

I don't have the time to do the research myself. Its needs a lot of time and testing to get a full list of what bone controls what.

If anyone is willing to do that i will be very happy to help, if not that won't be possible.

Thats the only thing that keeps me back from creating head and hair files myself, the mesh converting and file writing algorithms are ready.

The shadow that is casted on the crowd object is taken from the ambient map of the object that is below the crowd. I can't make it simpler :P

Arti, If I`m not wrong and if you don`t know, exporting of the .inx file are not right. In the column where are the coordinates of the lights, first are on X axis, than Z and finally Y. Now they are X,Y and Z and after exporting the lights are rotated. Check it, it is possible that I`m doing something wrong.
When I exported lights from Rhino for the first time I was confused, why my lights are wrong. Than I found that rhino exporting X,Y,Z but in .inx file they are X,Z,Y. Also after exporting it left spaces in where the coordinates are - { 8139.591, 6457.038, 5351.234 }. In the original file there is no spaces and is like that - {8139.591,6457.038,5351.234}. I don`t know if that might to cause a problem.
Here screen with .inx which was exported. On the right side lights are right, after changing the places of Z and Y coordinates manually in the .inx. On the left side they are just like was exported.

First post updated after a long long time :P:P
New links added :)

As for the tutorials i've already recorded and uploaded a video that actually covers the importing functions from scratch and on the end i show a bit of the overwriter. Now that the layout has taken its final form( i guess) i think that its a good idea to show all things from scratch.

Today i'll record a video showing the stadium export, the trophy export and the head/hair one i will also include the part from the first video showing the overwriter again just to have it alltogether.

@mh25 i think the videos will cover anything you'll need

@bflteam i need some time to see that myself i'll get back to you if i find anything

Edit:
Forgot to add the link for the first video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCwuE9GpUa4

As soon as i get all the features covered i'll add the videos on the first post.

Just asking; Will there be a hairlod editor in the future? Would be great to have something like that :-D.

You can edit the hairlod with the 0.63 version ;)

I remember trying to import it so there should not be any problem to modify it with the general overwriter ;)
