FIFA 14 Crashes When I Start A New Career

Hello Guys! Hope there's some one out there that can help me with this issue.
I cannot start a new career mode either manager or Be Pro because it freezes and then the game crashes on the loading screen back to the desktop. Anyone that can help please? Thank you!:confused:

Starting XI
Remove all mods and try it. If it still doesn't work, delete the game files, download from Origin again, and try it. If it still doesn't work, contact EA support.

Same thing here. I don't know what happened lately, but everytime I start a new career, regardless the team I choose, the game crashes while loading that screen with "the club appointed a new manager and bla".

Any help, please? Thank you!
