I don't know many of these players but speaking of Polish footballers, would be really cool if you made a face the for the legend Wojcieh Kowalewski. No need for hair selection either, my man's always been bald.

You have to better position your eyes, note that the middle and left ones have the wrong eyes, they seem to look down, this is a mispositioning, I found this out over my conversions.

I've also noticed that some of faces have this problem. Especially the ones from the Classic Patch. I tried to figure out what is the cause.
And honestly, I don't know what is causing it.
It's probably about using Face Master to morph faces.
All I know is that in the game itself, the eyes are textured the right way and maybe if I modify general bump texture it could be fixed, but I can't confirm it right now.

You can fix this in Blender, placing the eyes higher up, it's quite simple.

You even make faces, this is very easy for you.
