FIFA 14 Kits to FIFA 08

Hello everybody! I'm here to ask You, to ask an inteligent, helpfull man, how can I convert the newest FIFA series (12,13,14) kits to an older, (the best (for me)) to FIFA 08? If you write, please write detailed! Thanks!!!

You can really convert them, since the texture formats and mapping of the player models are different.
You can take FIFA14 kit and cut and adjust it to the FIFA08 format.
