Hi,

I deceide to make a tutorial of making hair textures without weird and shinny colors (ingame).

Thanks to du_oro, he inspired me for this methode.

NOTE:
USE A RX3 FILE OF FIFA 13 AND USE THE FIFA 12/13 TEXTURE EDITOR OF JOR.
ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ASSIGN THE FACE STATEMENT IN RM.

If I may ask, why can't a RX3 file of FIFA 14 be used? Is it incompatible with the FIFA 12/13 TEXTURE EDITOR or what reason? Thank you.

First it is incompatible with the FIFA 12/13 texture editor. We have a sort of a FIFA 14 texture editor but we can't have a transparent mode which is a must in this methode.

can I use file explorer for it?

I don't know, you can try. But I think it won't work because the transparancy box have an crucial addition in this method. By my knowledgde no other programm does have this addition.

Don't use the texture editor, the problem with it is that it ruins the alpha layer and ingame the glossiness will look squared, better use blender, it's perfect.

I think you are the only one who knows how to do that in blender, we are waiting you to explain. I tried many many times and it failed, ixvitesse also just told me there is a bug causes hair to all black. I don't know whether it was the reason I failed but you better teach us.:p

the hair exporting has a bug, but the texture exporting is fine, I'll make the tutorial now.

Would be great if you make THE perfect tutorial. I know this wasn't THAT perfect but for me it was already good because every year I make faces the hair textures are always bad for me.

can you write coordinate of each curves's points(output and input)?

You can see them on the picture. But it's more important you make a curve so the alpha will looks like the one used in this tutorial.
