i am creating this (new) topic in order to present the new version of the tool :D

For now i've fixed:

  • New bone index size affecting nearly all models
  • Added support for the new normal map compression
  • Updated the layout

a solution for the error that occurs when trying to activate the plugin and that worked for me in "blender 2.75a" is

1 install the file fifa15_layout.py through blender and close the program.
2 copy the fifa_tools folder to the directory where the blender executable is.
3 open blender again and activate the plugin.

The problem is that I try to export a ball and the size is 150 bytes, which I'm not sure if the conversion it performs is correct and complete.

No. It doesn't work like that. You must export as a face model.

Import ball model, and after editing click Face Editing Model (you can see on the pic) and you will get something like "Export face model" there arround that will open new options. Choose a destination (but a new one, don't overwrite the model) and thats it.

sorry to come back but with another error. look at the following example First I imported a ball and I made a simple modification to see if the export works. I clicked on face model export and I got the following error

and no file appears in the export folder. So try what I show in the following image

and the following warning/error appears but the file is exported to the folder

finally I put it in the game with creation master or manually and the file is seen but without the modification that I made. it's like the imported file is copied and pasted into the folder I chose to export.
