U use WIN7X64 it means your graphic card is DirectX 11,i think?.

In that case just add 2GB RAM aaaand,i think,it wiil be enough to play easy FIFA 15 with low rendering.
If u want high rendering,u must to upgrade graphic card.
Your PCI express slot is 1.1, my ASUS F1A75 PRO is 2.0. The newest mother boards comes with PCI express 3.0 slot.
Sooo,problems is where to find new 1.1 graphic card?.

The engine is 64-bit so it won't even run on 32-bit OS. Forget it.

i think the lag from demo is a bug, because i have tested on mid and high-end computer, both have lags on max settings. I hope EA will fix it on final release otherwise it will be a pain

I am going crazy or something?! Why do I feel that the demo gameplay is changed? I mean how they move, pass style or contact between players?!
I can`t explain this feeling in term of files changed....
