No mate, i mean in the video when he enable proportional editting, he was able to adjust vertice to match with the picture. if i dont enable proportional editting i can only move one vertice while in the video, when he moves it, the whole area will move too, i think there are something to do with mesh settings, but im not sure. I hope you can understand what i meant. sorry for my english. Thank you !!!

not sure about that. try using sculpt mode then on grab setting, that's what i use

if i use sculpt mode it wont be able to adjust head model like in the video, thanks for your answer mate. If someone know how to adjust in edit mode like in the video,please let me know. Thanks so much !!!

if you look at 1:10 he was able to move the entire eyes model, in sculpt mode,i can only move part of it,in this video he said just grap the vertices and move with right mouse, but i cant move like in this video.

select all vertices in edit mode by pressing A on your keyboard. Select custom portion on the model by holding ctrl and then circling the portion you want to select

im sorry but i dont understand the part "Select custom portion on the model by holding ctrl and then circling the portion you want to select" ? Did you mean select the vertices i want to edit? i select but it still cant move.

switch to editing mode, hold ctrl, draw a circle around the vertices you want to select by holding the left-button on your mouse, then a 3 way axis guide should appear, use that to move the vertices. google it man

man, first you need to select just one vertice using right click on the mouse, any vertice from the region you want to select. the you do what i said by circling it. what you did in that picture is correct, but you should'nt do it when all the vertices are already selected

sorry mate, i got what you meant, if i disable proportional editting then i can do exactly what you said,but i cant do exactly in the video, because he was able to adjust whatever the head model to fit with the picture when enable proportional editting.
