FIFA 15 Pitch Mod for FIFA 16 - Does it work?

Hey everybody!

Since I currently don't have FIFA 16 on my PC anymore, I can't try this.
But I'm sure that if you're reading this, you most certainly do.

Could you please try and confirm if this (awesome) mod works for FIFA 16?

Yes, it does work, but I would recommend using jeetmusic's paterns for the pitch (colour, mowpattern, hue) because it is more variate and looks excellent.

Well, if you prefer the simple and quick solution you just copy all hdgrass, but I prefer extracting the pitchmowpattern from the rx3 file ( there are many patterns) and just make specificmowpatterns rx3 files for each team I like and whatever pattern I like, which can be changed even during career mode.
Jeetmusin made such specificmowpatterns himself, but I find his grafic design of the grass excellent done.
I have the patterns extracted already, so if anyone wants them, just say so.

I have tried Jeet's mod in the past and I didn't like them. You could actually notice the where pattern started and ended. It was not a seamless pattern. I don't know if you understand what I mean, but there were some lines that looked bad on the pitch.
Plus Jeet includes MANY MANY files that are just useless. DLLs and other files that have absolutely nothing to do with the game. He makes them up.
You could try for yourself. Install his mod exactly like he wants you to do it, take a screenshot, then delete all those made up files, take a new screenshot and you'll see it's exactly the same.

Even in the .INI files he includes some funny lines.

I mean no offense at Jeet. Some people loves his mods. But I just don't believe half of the things that are included in his packs. The other half is OK though.

Other than that, I think the mod I was asking about does a much better job, but I just wanted to know if it worked in FIFA 16.

I mean no offense to the RFA modder but its too grainy for my taste. Wouldn't look good on any PC and definitely isn't near being realistic or what pitches should look like in '17.
I think in HD grass 4.0 I've done a much beter job in creating uniform realistic patterns.
IMO its much better than the RFA mod if you want to have a realistic real life football pitch in the game.

As for the .ini and .dll files there's aren't many of them so if you don't want to use them its easy to remove them manually
