can we use fifa15 stadiums from ps3 or x360 to fifa14 for pc?

can i do it in reverse? put stadiums from PC to a xbox 360?

i have a 360 with RGH and when i put a new stadium editing big files, the game freezes on startup, i can't find info about the stadiums, for other things there are mods an patches (balls, kits, tvlogo etc...) someone can help me please
