I think you should be able to use them. I remember finding them in the genheads folder in sceneassets. Go through the .big archives

You can use PES File Explorer by Jenkey, or tell me which face texture do you want, i can extract it for you.

I forgot to say - you must save the model to be able to use a new texture

Click Fix Settings and Clean Up before importing the face
