How to install faces for Fifa 16

How to install faces?
I'm doing this for the first time.

Hi mate, I have just installed a few faces for fifa 16. The way I did it,

1 - download and install Revolution mod

http://www.fifa-infinity.com/fifa-16/revolution-mod-16/

- to install it you basically drag and drop the files into the fifa 16 data folder.

2 - go to:

CProgram Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 16\data\fifarna\lua\assignments.

- or wherever your game is saved. and open up General.LUA with notepad. in the file add underneath whatever text is in there

useOriginalKitNumberIdentifier()

- save the file

3 - create a new folder called players inside the above location so it should look like:

CProgram Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 16\data\fifarna\lua\assignments\players

4 - download whatever face you want to install.

5 - place the files inside

CProgram Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 16\data\sceneassets

in the correct folders so for example, face_123456.rx3 inside the faces folder, hairlod_123456.rx3 in the hairlod folder, etc.

6 - go back to

CProgram Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 16\data\fifarna\lua\assignments

and re open general.lua, highlight all the text and delete, then enter

assignPlayerFace(123456)

obviously, replace the numbers to the numbers on the files you downloaded, and hit save as. Save the file as player_(123456).lua.... Make sure you add .lua to the end of the save name or this wont work.

7 - now for the final part, download http://iard68.altervista.org/files/Fifa_i68Controller.rar

unzip it and open i68Controller, when that opens it will find your fifa 16.exe automatically, a database error popup box will appear, just right click on the ok button and it will open. when it loads up, on the bottom left corner you will see regenerate, just click that, it will regenerate and everything should be done. just open the game and your face should be installed.

Remember the numbers I have put in will not be the numbers you need to enter, it is the id number of the player you are installing so it is always different. Now all the setup is done, if you want to install another face, download the file, place the files inside the correct folders in the sceneassets folder, create a new lua file (basically edit the one you have already done, change the id number to whatever you need to and save it with the same number. regenerate like last time and it is installed. It sounds a lot worse than it actually is, once you do it all once, you will be able to do it all the time without even needing to think about it.

isn't that what happens when you import fifa15 models in fifa16? are those fifa15 head models?

try file explorer instead. i haven't tried it myself though. let me know if it works. make sure to check ingame if you can import those models or not

Unfortunately, jenkey's tool doesn't work for FIFA16. I downloaded his latest version for FIFA14, since the FIFA15 bêta isn't available anymore.

If anybody could be so kind to re-upload the FIFA15 FE, I would be really grateful.

There's another file explorer, not Jenkey's that is for FIFA 16 and I think is the one everyone is using. Here:

I've plenty packs already downloaded, so I was just wondering if I can re-use them or not...

for this fifa format is 160x160 maybe you can use it but quality will not be that good because fifa 15 use 126x126

No, I'll go check it out. So when an artist releases his faces do they put the download link in the first post, or do you have to scroll through looking for and downloading one face at a time?
