hm not noticed any change in temp on my pc but will keep an eye on it and see if it is the same case for me

as for the actual game i did not like it at first mainly because I was playing it the way I played 15 and could not get my team playing good football but now I have taken a different approach im starting to beat the CPU again on legendary the game feels more sim than 15's arcade play which is a good thing in my opinion

one thing I have noticed is sometimes you think you have lost possession in a battle for the ball if you keep persevering you can still come away with the ball there is a lot more 50/50 outcomes in tackles now
Ok mate let me know ! :)

I'm so happy they fixed handballs, now all we need for Fifa 17, is goalkeepers to be able to get injured in games...ridiculous if you think about it, that a goalkeeper cannot get injured, unless you sim a match :(

By the way, do players with serious injuries still walk off the pitch, or did they just remove the whole injury cutscene?

Love it so far, with a handful of modifications from all of us at soccergaming, this game will be close to stellar :D

Does it seem like they fixed the offside gameplay issue? I'm being vague on the off chance that no one knows what I'm talking about and it is all in my head.

Is it only me or is the game ridiculously unfair?

Examples:
  • CPU players win almost every tackling, and they can tackle from everywhere and still succeed.
  • My defense is standing around looking into the wilds while CPU players can run a score like they want - on the other side the defense is like a normal defense should work
  • Many handballs given against me
  • So many tacklings are given as foul against me although they are no fouls, while the CPU can tackle me down like crazy without getting a foul...

And so on...

The most frustrating thing about this series. I haven't tried 16 yet. But it sounds like this is happening to many people. playing with sliders help at all?

Depends on difficulty mostly. The game plays fair on Pro. On WC and Legendary, the CPU boosts kick in and create a gameplay imbalance. Boosts also kick in on Pro, but do not create as much of a gameplay imbalance because of the easier difficulty. But all this is known and has been discussed many times over the last several years, this is the way FIFA is coded. If you want a fair sim-type game play on a lower difficulty, the higher levels are for the arcade button jockeys.

What are the online modes set on? Like most players on pro online are not controlled. Seems like they are set on WC though.

Graphics are definitely improved from last year but it does not make last years edition look like old gen. The gameplay feels the same (although its not the full version yet.) and the shooting and passing feels heavy. I play career mode offline pro player and unless this years edition fixed the not being able to play international tournaments with my country i will not be subscribing to FIFA 16 this year. If i can play with my pro player in world cups and other international tournaments I'm in, otherwise I'm switching to PES 2016 which looks and feels decent.

Playing against A.I is awfull in FIFA. The best experience I had playing against the A.I was back in the days of PES 2009/10

Hi mates.Hi mates. Somebody can tell me what temperature reach your pc playing fifa 16? in my case, the temperature is upper of 15° than fifa 15......it's normal?? with an high performance pc.
I play with max settings very well, with no lags. Only that i've 15° over fifa 15 temperature (in fifa 15 i touched 70°, in fifa 16 85°). My hardware is very sufficient, very raccomanded requirements satisfactory, but with this surplus of temp in fifa 16. If i set in power save mode the maximum activity of cpu at 70%, i've no differences in gameplay, no lags, all work perfect, but only that in this manner i arrived at 72°with fifa 16. The impression is that demo fifa 16 use the cpu randomly, so i have more temp, but with no sense, because if i set a lower max cpu activity, i've the same excellent gaming experience but with lower temp.

But i would not set the maximum cpu activity to 70%...

nVidia gtx850 4gigabyte, intel v7 4710HQ to 2.5/3.5 ghz.

Did you install the i7 cpu on your own or did you by the pc with i7? If you installed it yourself make sure the thermal paste is applied correctly (pea size method preferably) and that you have the right balance of positive and negative airflow inside your rig. for example, exhaust fans on top and backside of case, intake fans bottom, side and front. Make sure no dust in the heatsink fan and you gpu fan. Most likely its an airflow issue becuase your cpu is beast and your gpu is very good as well. No big deal just distribute your airflow adequately and you'll be fine. :shades:

i play on a notebook, not deskotp pc. So over 60° is normal. But i don't understand the over 15° between fifa 15 (68°) and fifa 16 (78°-85°)

Well if its a notebook then all the the more an airflow problem. Whats your notebook model number?(C)

But it's strange beacause i don't think that thegraphics engine would be revolutionized, beacause on fifa15 touched 70° max.

However, Asus n56jk-cn051h

Intel i7 4710hq (2.5/3.4ghz)

Nvidia gtx850m (4gigabyte)
