As long as I can see, FIFA 16 tools work well to open files from newer Switch versions. So manipulating databases should be possible with the current tools. (?)

And these are FIFA 23 PC Files. They're quite different. I guess the neuralnets files are the most relevant you will find here:

I've tested common.cbac, it'sn't compatible but it Can convert with quickbms i suposed.i finish to make gameplay 23 Switch it's the same that Switch with same animations and gameplay.
For pc version it's not the good gameplay files.

I think merging FIFA 23 Switch's gameplay to FIFA 16 PC would be one of the easiest path, since the former is based on FIFA 16 PC and uses the same engine, physics. Basically, the Switch version is an updated version of FIFA 16 PC.

As I said before just place gameplayattridb FIFA 23 Switch to get the gameplay since FIFA Switch uses animations from FIFA 18, mobile version is even more recent and improve more than it use animations FIFA 16 mobile as well as some animations from FIFA 23 pc and you can notice it is the same ball physic since FIFA 19 Switch.
I'm currently testing these files, I'm trying to figure out how to convert or extract them however all the cbac ,nisbac files do not work on FIFA 16 mobile.
Only the FIFA 23 mobile version works.

Thank you very much for your support. This is not the right file.
I am currently testing the gameplay of FIFA 21 on FIFA 16 mobile, I felt the same sensations as when I play on console however since it is not the animations of FIFA 21 that I use.the rendering is not really aesthetic since the file tries to force the animations.
I hope you can help me more. I really need the attribdbgameplay.big file from FIFA 23 pc and the animations if possible.

Ant'.cbac crashes because most of the technical gestures present in the code of FIFA 16 have been replaced in FIFA 23 so unless you modify the database the technical gestures will not work properly that's why I did not add it.
I only added common.cbac for shooting, passing and running

What if you apply those attribd and common.cbac files to FIFA Infinity Patch 6.0 for FIFA 16 PC that has a database ported from FIFA 23? May be some extra data that controlled the technical gestures was included. Just a random thought

I hope you can help me more. I really need the attribdbgameplay.big file from FIFA 23 pc and the animations if possible.

Unfortunately, using FIFA Editor Tool I'm not able to find a "attribdbgameplay.big" file in FIFA 23 PC
Probably the editor has some non-developed areas and then some files are missing to access
Neither if I check the raw files in FIFA 23 folder with Windows Explorer
