heck..i have better graphics on fifa 15 now with some tweaks.

player models are quite same as fifa 15. very little difference.

how can such a big gaming company do that.seriously it doesn't make any sense.

and the turf colors are horrific in FCB Vs REA video.:(

Same thing every year, people falling for EA's marketing horsecrap. Sure, best ever hand-picked collection of slo-mo stop-action clips. Shows us NOTHING.

Haha, so true.

I watched some of the slo-mo crap and got bored. I saw some really fundamental issues. They may have "improved defence" but all they've done is tweaked it so players make more interceptions and the attacker doesn't even bother to compete for the same ball.

One of my big bug bears of FIFA is the fact there's no physicality what-so-ever between players. You have a "fantastic" collision system of which never gets used. Nobody makes 50-50 challenges and keepers always win corners in physical confrontations.

But hey, you can now dribble in a new special way. Cool.

I really wished they made goalkeepers a bit more realistic. Like in 15, whenever there is a cross or a corner kicked in and the keeper gets challenged for the ball in the air, the GK always wins it. I want to see the keeper sometimes fumble it when getting challenged in mid-air (legally), it would make the game a bit more intense especially during the last minutes of the 90 or extra time.

Ive seen great creation of ea and i also seen very worst.... what i can say to real madrid and barca they didn't have an update or to be scanned.... like the past great player who is gone right now time is running, and this old and popular player won't have a chance to have a real face couse right now what i understand is ea only wants our money and not what we want.......

Don't get me wrong, I know none of us have played FIFA 16 yet but it's really looking like FIFA 15.2

If I didn't see that 'FIFA 16' logo on the upper left corner, I wouldn't be able to tell this is a new version of FIFA.

I'm really hoping they announce an overhaul on career mode or something because this is looking silly. Keep in mind I found FIFA 15 to be the greatest football game ever made.

+1, same opinion here. This year i won`t buy fifa16 because i already have it. :). I am pretty sure that Fidel or another brilliant modder will can import womens from 16 to 15.

I've never understood the complaint about defending. Defending can be improved 200% by simply utilizing the line sliders and editing defender position values in the db. It doesn't improve the game's defending logic, but what it does do is reposition defenders correctly ala real life football, bringing more bodies back into the 18 yard box to help block passing lanes and shots.

Lower GK Handling values in the db. Fixed.

I personally don't mind it but they certainly do not put enough pressure on the ball though and it doesn't have near enough fouls on default settings.

Trouble is, those sliders should be a team tactic setting, not a global setting along with full back positioning. - Another bug bear I have with FIFA "design".

If all these were tactic settings then each game could be very different.

FIFA 15 is looking better in my opinion. Grass in FIFA 16 has no details, rubbish. FIFA 16 is a bit more green though. They need a lot of tweaks in graphics [Night lighting like FIFA 09 pc would be more visually appealing].

we will see when the retail releases, i know longer play demos.

we all know what has happened between demos and retail releases the last
2 years.

i will say if the game plays as the article describes we may actually get to
play some real life footy.

FIFA could be more realistic when they change the lightning-engine, look at other games that really have amazing graphics. For example the lighning on the kits, there need to be much more contrast for the parts that are in some sort of 'shadow'. That turf looks a bit too green to me, but also they need to work on the saturation and so on. They can really get a lot more out of Post-Processing Effects. Look at this game where you can clearly see what the impacts of Post Processing Effect are:

btw,
That match (Ajax-Barcelona) was awesome ;)

You can get that using Reshade. Nothing too hard, IMHO.

In fact, this is how my FIFA 15 is setup with my own GFX Mod.
but these affects all lightings. day, overcast lighting is good.
btw, can you share your setting?
