For those who'd like to play in career mode with a women's club (manybe in an women's league) and doesn't want to have mixed gender teams after the first transfer periods:
I modded my transfer.ini to prevent other teams from doing transfers but still be able to make transfers myself.
Unlikely this is the only way i figured out to do so because the transfer-ai does not distinguish between male an female players.
So, if anyone's interested, just tell me and I can post it here.

@Oliix: the black on the banners is too dark. Set it to lighter set (for instance R=64, G=64, B=64 or 69).
