FIFA 18 Career Mode Patch (Frosty Mod)

To increase chance of CPU offering USER player loan offer, you would need to change these:

transfer.ini

FORCE_USER_BID_LISTVSLOAN = 50 // Increase this for offers that are loan.
FORCE_USER_BID_CHANCE = 40 // Increase this for more offers.

loanInOutEvaluation.ini

WIGGLE_ROOM_PERCENTAGE = 20 // Increase this to increase wiggle room for loan evaluation. Aka more chance of a successful loan
MAX_AI_COUNTERS = 3 // Increase this.

TransfersNegotiationSettings.csv (Decrease this number to ensure less scores(points) needed for accepted loan.

Loan Club Min Accepted Scores Sum,100

That should be it. I don't know what else I did to fix the loan issue.

I found the "trasnfer.ini" file with a cheat table and edited it.

Where to find and how to edit the other two - "loanInOutEvalution.ini" and "TransferNegatiationSettings.csv"

Could i ask some info about morale.ini?
Using your files from your gdrive i've been able to addd all the bunch to my personal tweak, but i found morale setting a bit annoying for me so i've tried to redo with the orginal morale.ini over an already started career but after a couple of weeks all my player are upset with low morale..
What's the matter ?
Are those setting just working on a clean career?

Yeah I wouldn't personally change morale and form mid-season. They are known to cause issue especially if you change min or max of anything.

delete ModData folder in Fifa18 root folder before launch you mod with Frosty Mod Manager.
You should do that anytime you add a new mod to your 'list'

Thanks for the suggestion mate but it creates automatically whenever I launch fifa from frosty manager

That'is how work, that folder is a sort of override folder that contain the file to apply (or replace) in your game. So any new mod you add you with FMM you have to refresh it with the new content. Precisely what doesn't work ?. Do you have some error from Frosty or just you don't see any difference in your game ?

edit your locale.ini (with notepad +++) in FIFA 18/Data/ and add this string at the bottom

I have issue when my player got loan offer and i accepted that offer. Later that transfer got rejected.
So i can't loan my player
Is that a bug ???

Using Download Link(2.0) and FrostyManager 1.0.3alpha4 is that right?

1. Execute Frosty manager as admin
2. Set Fifa path
3. Import Mod
4. Apply Mod
5. Launch (had the null value error but fixed it)
6. Not working (I check it by loading a new career mode and see if in basic penalties acceleration and speed are trainable attributes, is that the best way to check? )

I'd really love some help here since career mode is what keeps me going on fifa but the default career mode is plain crap

You first need to troubleshoot and make sure the Frosty install is even working. Create a simple mod, then launch. Whether or not your mod launches and works will determine your next step. And if you're not using the Origin version of FIFA 18, then that's the problem.

I am using the original fifa do not worry about that, furthermore I've tried the 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 versions downloaded from the frosty website why would it not work??

Download Frosty Editor (i'm using 1.4) ,create a new project , then change something like a kit texture or a crest (logo) . Export your project to a mod and load it with FMM.
Check the logo/kit and see if it is changed.

I've created a mod following a tutorial step by step and it doesn't work unfortunaly nor it applies to the game
