Still waiting to see what happens with the mod tools before doing anything. My next task is editing career mode files. FIFA is going to be fun this year :)

Are you going to edit a player growth script? I hate that players decline so fast... I would gladly donate you.

Could u supply us with a moldable squad file ? Like you did for FIFA 17

I updated FIFA 18 squad file but its not working unlike in FIFA 17

I already updated and converted to update brazilian league fake players and next step is update chilean league fake players

Going to check mate. I did not try the squad files in FIFA 18. Which one is the problem you find with 18 ?

I have managed to edited the database , my changes work well in kick off mode , running into issues getting career mode to start , must of edited something wrong somewhere...... Is it possible to get Icons into career mode? any way of moving them from Futsquads?

In game it show failed to load or corrupted file

I noticed when you save squad file in dbmaster, It changes positions/orders of some hex values
By simple saving squad file and not changing any value inside

I think we need a fixed squad file to edit it like you did in FIFA 17

Can someone please share the editable squad file. The idea to add all the icons which have faces on PC this year is awesome. We cant mod the game but at least can do something with the squad file is ok :) Thanks for all the help !

Apparently the guy who made the tool to edit fifa won't share it. So, no, FIFA won't be moddable again.

LOL it seems a lot of people are being drama queens about the Frosty tools situation, he's always said he's releasing it when done with Fifa 18 compatibility (remember it's a suite for Frostbite games not simply Fifa), the issue is that all Fifa18 files are encrypted with a key which isn't something he will be releasing with the tool (for what are in my opinion very obvious and very valid reasons), so it will be dependent on someone else finding and releasing the encryption key.

Come on people, this encryption situation is as old as fifa itself, with all kind of encyption keys or algorithms, like EASF if you remember it which we thought to end the modding fot fifa, but someday a breakthrough appeared thanks to a group of people which add a little bit of information each day untill it was decripted.
So be sure of this, after GalaxyMan releases his tool with the encryption key or not, the modders will converge on this and soon we will have that damned key, after all a man created it ergo men will decript it.
